Plot:
TV weatherman Bill Harding is trying to get his tornado-hunter wife, Jo, to sign divorce papers so he can marry his girlfriend Melissa. But Mother Nature, in the form of a series of intense storms sweeping across Oklahoma, has other plans. Soon the three have joined the team of stormchasers as they attempt to insert a revolutionary measuring device into the very heart of several extremely violent tornados. - Martin H. Booda

Original adventure movie, featuring highly catching visual and sound effects that makes you almost forget about the predictable plot which follow all the typical cliche of the genre. However the plot itself is quite nice and, albeit a bit repetitive, the movie never gets boring or uninteresting.

A nice 'feature' of the plot is the link between the first scene of the tornado in the past (1970 or so) and the people involved in the story which isn't immediately obvious (or at least it wasn't to me!).

The scenes, especially the last one, are a lot exaggerated, I don't know how strong a tornado may be but in a place where everything is destroyed the main characters always managed to get out untouched!
